What is the Chinese diet, how is it carried out, does it help to lose weight?

Chinese diet, has been quite popular lately. To stay healthy and lose weight, the energy of yin and yang must be in equal proportion. Yang is found in meat and spices, and Yang is found in cheese, vegetables, and fruits. With this diet, you can achieve your ideal weight and shape due to the fact that it offers a balanced diet without counting calories.

Yin Diet

Monday

  • Breakfast: cinnamon tea, 1 glass of rice milk, 3 pieces of meat.
  • Lunch: rice with vegetables. Fried vegetables seasoned with a little paprika or soy sauce.
  • Afternoon: 1 fruit.
  • Dinner: steamed rice and beef with saffron. Baked tomatoes. 2-3 boiled plums.

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of tea, milk with muesli.
  • Lunch: Salad with boiled soybeans, carrots and corn, 1 boiled apple.
  • Afternoon: 1 fruit.
  • Dinner: steamed rice and baked fish. Vegetable stew.

Wednesday

Monday

  • Dinner: Rice with mushrooms, boiled asparagus and boiled filato fish.

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee. 2 pieces of meat and dietary honey.
  • Lunch: steamed rice, fried spinach and soy sprouts with garlic, paprika and soy sauce.
  • Afternoon: 1 juice or 1 fruit.
