Today was probably the springiest day so far in 2023. No rain. Just the wind and many beautiful wildflowers.

Tabs, as everyone used to know, were huge fans of the California Poppies. He thought they were gorgeous in gold and made great pieces when combined into cat costumes, like this gorgeous collar here, which he designed himself…

Oh my God, what a day we had here.

All the rain we’ve been getting is paying off big color at the moment. I don’t think I’ve seen so many beautiful flowers growing everywhere in California this time of year.

I mean, there are fields of wildflowers all over the hillsides as far as the eye can see. It’s epic!

It’s California, and it’s almost May, so the flowers won’t be around much longer. It’ll be 100 degrees and very hot before we know it, but at least for now, what a blessing. It’s really beautiful.

He’s also crazy windy! Rosie was content with her walk this morning only to sit there marveling at the movement all around.
