May we have a wonderful day. This week we are here with another delicious recipe that we can enjoy with peace of mind. The oven is cool. Here are the materials;

2 zucchini
1 carrot
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour (your choice)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup feta cheese
dill, parsley
Salt pepper

Grate the zucchini and carrots and squeeze the juice out of them. Take a deep bowl and add eggs, flour, cheese and butter to it. At the end, add finely chopped greens, salt and pepper. Put the mixture on a baking sheet, on parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
