Monday’s Makeup and Beauty Blog Poll, Vol. 785

So… what is Monday’s poll?

Excellent question! It is not, contrary to its name, an actual poll, like the little buttons. It’s just a list of more or less random questions that I’ve been posting on this blog every Monday morning for the past quadrillion years (since 2007).

1. Something in your makeup bag that you need to replace?

I should probably buy another stick of dark brown eyeliner because i feel like my hourglass is about to wind down. Side note, i just found out i am an eyeliner boogie girl. The last few cheap ones i bought made my eyes itch, oh my gosh!

2. Have you ever had your eyebrows tweezed?

No, I went through a phase a few years ago when I loved bushy, brushed brows, but I don’t like the look enough now to stick with it.

3. How are your chopsticks skills?

I’m fine with most things. Slippery noodles give me major chopstick anxiety, ha ha ha!

4. What sunscreen do you like?

For my face, I was on Laneige because it sinks in quickly and is very hydrating. For my body, I loved Banana Boat Light As Air.

5. Your biggest cheeky pet peeve?

I can’t handle blushes that are hard to blend. If it’s patchy or overly pigmented and I need to swipe back and forth for days, forget it.

6. What is your favorite summer fruit?

I have a lot! I think summer is the best time for fruit. I especially love watermelons, cherries, strawberries, and peaches.

7. Did you have a problem with swearing when you were a child?

Oh my God, I didn’t even try to swear when I was a kid. There was an unspoken understanding that we would never use bad language with adults.

8. Body spray, hair perfume or eau de toilette?

I’m going to have a few splashes of summer eau de toilette today.

Hello my beautiful friend! happy monday It’s the unofficial start of summer here in my neck in the woods, but you wouldn’t know it because of the gloomy, cloudy weather. However, I don’t mind the cool temperatures. I find that as I get older, I like it more than I used to.

What will you do this week? Connor is starting summer camp, so I’ll be juggling and driving her to and from dance camp. One day I’ll put a tip jar in my car for chauffeur service!
