Let’s get our bodies ready for summer | Freshmas blog

We left the winter days behind after a long wait. The weather warmed up, the sun began to shine brightly and warm our hearts. Now is the time to prepare our body for summer. We are ready?
Let’s start with our skin first. Let’s not forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep our skin hydrated, especially when exposed to heat and sun. Let’s renew our skin with various masks that we prepare from seasonal fruits, organic eggs, turmeric and pure honey so that our skin can renew itself and get the vitamins and minerals it needs. Let’s add nuts such as hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts to our diet, which contain a lot of vitamin E, to strengthen and add shine to our hair.
Let’s cleanse our body with a detox treatment that we prepare with parsley, coriander, dill, avocado, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Let’s activate our muscles, which slow down in the winter cold, with walks that we will add to our daily routine. If we don’t have time to walk, let’s take advantage of the opportunities we have and estimate the distances we can walk for sports.
Let’s help renew our cells and regulate intestinal motility, do not eat after 17:00 at least 2 days a week.
Finally, but most importantly, let’s dedicate a whole day to ourselves until the end of May. Let’s celebrate ourselves for relaxing, writing, closing the old, making room for the new, making new plans, dreaming new dreams, and for all the success and existence to date.
