As we entered the second half of July, the heat began to show. How about a lemon sorbet recipe to refresh us on those hot summer days?
Here are the ingredients for our legendary delicious recipe with very few ingredients.

zest of 8 lemons
4 cups lemon juice (800 ml)
500g powdered sugar
4 cups water (800 ml)

Let’s move on to the practical building phase of our recipe. We take 4 cups of water, powdered sugar and lemon zest in a saucepan and boil. Don’t forget to stir as it will thicken. At this stage, add 4 cups of lemon juice to the mixture and continue to mix for another 1-2 minutes. Turn off and let cool. We take our cooled mixture into a container suitable for the freezer compartment of our refrigerator. Take it out of the freezer at least 4-5 times an hour and stir. You will see that each time it becomes thicker. After our final mixing, we freeze for another half an hour. Our dessert is ready to serve! Have a good time now.
